Printed Matter is pleased to feature a presentation of the complete catalogue of Boabooks. On the occasion, Izet Sheshivari will also launch a special reappropriation issue of Art-Rite Magazine, imagining what the missing issue No. 16 would have been had editors Joshua Cohn, Edit DeAk, and Walter Robinson produced it. The project was born from ongoing research by Izet Sheshivari into alternative New York presses and will result in a future exhibition. It follows Blank Book Makers, an exhibition held in 2012.
In addition to a presentation of books, Izet Sheshivari will exhibit a selection of special prints and editions.
This includes a project stemming from Inventory of Destruction, a folded newsprint comprised of short statements collected by Éric Watier recounting the destruction of various artworks. Five newsprint pages have been altered as the result of ink blotting when print rollers were voluntarily stopped mid-run.
Another work, Post Vinyle, presents the homemade picture discs of Swiss artist Frédéric Post produced under his pirate records label Miracole. From this edition, five copies contain a signed and numbered original handmade vinyl by Frédéric Post. The Fog is a Light Darkness looks at the nature of drawing through the sculptural paper installations of Miriam Sturzenegger. Five copies feature a wood case (wood, plaster, white paint), signed and numbered by the artist and presented during the show.

Printed Matter a le plaisir de présenter le catalogue complet de Boabooks. À cette occasion, Izet Sheshivari lancera également un numéro spécial de réappropriation du magazine Art-Rite, imaginant ce qu'aurait été le numéro 16 (manquant) si les éditeurs Joshua Cohn, Edit DeAk, et Walter Robinson l'avaient produit. Ce projet est né des recherches de Izet Sheshivari sur les presses alternatives new-yorkaises et donnera lieu à une exposition. Il fait suite à l'exposition Blank Book Makers, qui s'est tenue en 2012.
En plus d'une présentation de livres, Izet Sheshivari exposera une sélection d'éditions. Notamment le projet issu de Inventory of Destruction, un papier journal plié composé de courtes déclarations collectionner par l'artiste français Éric Watier relatant la destruction de diverses œuvres d'art par les artistes eux-même. Huit pages de papier journal ont été altérées par des taches d'encre lorsque les rouleaux d'impression ont été volontairement arrêtés à mi-parcours.
Un autre ouvrage, Post Vinyle présente des picture discs artisanaux de l'artiste Frédéric Post produits par son label de disques pirates, Miracole. Dans cette édition, plusieurs exemplaires contiennent un vinyle original signé et numéroté de l'artiste. The Fog is a Light Darkness s'intéresse à la nature du dessin à travers les installations sculpturales en papier de Miriam Sturzenegger. Cinq exemplaires comprennent un coffret en bois (bois, plâtre, peinture blanche) signé et numéroté par l'artiste et présenté lors de l'exposition.
